Hi Everyone,
I did this drawing to illustrate the only practical way, the Egyptians could pull an Obelisk, onto a ship. Notice the dock is supported by pilings. The dock pilings could also be used as the fulcrum point, to gain leverage. Thou I am only showing you two groups of men, there could have been as many as needed. No magic wands, just pure mussel with levers. Really, how else could you do this?

If that seems to make sense to you, then why would it be any different moving stones up and on top of the Pyramid. With a floating boat, there is no friction. The 53.13 Khafre & 52 degree Kufu angles are so steep, they would not present a great deal of COF.
Hoe does it work?
The arc of the 20 ft. lever provides for an advancement of the boat, 5 feet each time.
The men work in a rotating procedure. Moving one man from front to the back, with each 5 feet of advancement. There are men with rope around bullards (stone pedestals) which keeps the ship from being pulled backwards. Once the platform with stones reach the pyramid top, they are pulled off, and they release the ropes around the bullards. The weight of the platform will pull the boat backwards, and into position again. Easy enough? It wouldn't take very long to do this. At the current build of 60 feet, you only need to lever the boat forward, 12 times. You are moving 4 stones per machine. A fast and direct approach. Stone pullers using ramps are a myth.
Here is a partial list of competing theories. They are listed not to offend anyone. Everyone is entitled to their own belief's, thou please consider this...
Spiral internal passageways.
A myriad of other outside RAMPS with stone pullers, in every configuration imaginable.
Men walking down the face of the Pyramid, pulling stones up.
Giants and Dinosaurs.
Levitation, sound vibration.
My own, pumping water up on top to be used as a counterweight.
Geysers
Flying Kits
Some other lost society
Water Shaft using inflatable animal skins
Stone within a rotary rocker system
Cranes
Gods
Aliens
Compared those to my simple method, which explains...
1. Why there is no evidence of ramps.
2. Why there are 5 boat pits, thus far uncovered, all the same approx. size, adjacent to Khafre's upper Temple. Additionally, they were found to have water damage, and disassembled. They had to break them down to remove them.
3. Why there were high walls surrounding the Pyramids. They needed to entrap water.
4. Levers are a low technology. Archimedes " Give me a lever and a place to stand and I will move the earth".
5. Fits the Build requirements, ie., 20 year to finish. Will supply the time study if asked.
6. Why Mark Lehner's uncovered sleeping and food accommodations, were so small, in relationship to the many ramp stone pullers required.

You are welcome to download the two drawings. Cleopatra, the Obilisk and Tut's chair was done by others. I only placed them in, as they are entertaining, and a great amount of work went into them. As a footnote. I have spent over 40 years, on and off, pondering how in the world those Pyramids could have been built. I feel I have reached the end of the quest. I hope you enjoy the drawings.
