Did Indian Saptarshi go all over the world to restart civilization? (3 replies)

I read Underworld and Magicians of the god to find out an answer to this one question. A series of meteors hit us 12.8k and 11.6k years ago. Most of the land got hit and got burned down with almost total loss of advanced civilizations. Only India got lucky as no meteor hit on land there. I believe thats why Vedic culture survived while other equally great cultures died out.

now my burning desire is to find out whether the Saptarshi (seven Sages) from India go all over the world to teach wisdom and restart civilization? If Indians didnt go who were these Seven sages mentioned in Gobekli Tepe?
