Hello all!
I just spent a week trying to get pictures up to compare and will try to add them.
My main idea is that Japan’s underwater structures could have been a quarry like we see in Peru.
Two questions to ask now:
First- is there any evidence in Japan that show rocks could have come from these structures?
Second- You’ll need some imagination here, imagine what Peru’s ancient quarries would look like after 10,000 underwater! After all the soul is washed away leaving just the harder rocks from Peru’s quarries. Bet it could be similar.
Thing to consider:
- both have similar cut patterns
- both have a face on a cliff.
I will try to get pictures to compare.
