According to Wikipedia, Messier 87 is a supergiant elliptical galaxy in the constellation Virgo. One of the most massive galaxies in the local Universe, it has a large population of globular clusters—about 12,000 compared with the 150–200 orbiting the Milky Way—and its jet of energetic plasma that originates at the core and extends at least 4,900 light-years, traveling at relativistic speed. It is one of the brightest radio sources in the sky, and a popular target for both amateur and professional astronomers.

The black hole was the first to be directly imaged, with an image taken by the Event Horizon Telescope released on 10 April 2019.

Below I show that the direction, azimuth that Messier 87 rose on ideal flat horizon with no atmosphere as observed from Kadmeia - Thebes - Hellas the year 2544 BC is identical to the Khafre pyramid apex to Khufu pyramid apex azimuth - direction. The year 2544 BC agrees well with the Egyptologically accepted epoch for the erection of the Khafre pyramid.
