Hello All. I wanted to add something, which I don't think many people know about the Yuga Cycles.
I believe that you all will be quite interested, and if it hasn't, might make it into Hancock's future books.
These are the dates of the Saptarsi Yuga Cycles:

& this is a chart of the temperature of the Earth, dated in years BC (starting at 15000 BC).

If you were to line up the start (of the transition) to the descending Satya Yuga Cycle, it marks the very beginning of a major increase in Earth's Temperatures. & if you were to line up the start of the transition of the next cycle, the descending Treta Yuga, with the second major burst in Earth's Temperatures, you would see they literally line up perfectly. Give it a try, they line up perfectly with the start of the temperature increases.
I believe that we should give thought to what these giant temperature increases would have done to the Earth.
They would have certainly caused glaciers to melt, which would cause worldwide increases in ocean levels. & we know that the ocean levels increased substantially, around 10,000 years ago. It fits the puzzle perfectly.
& Since they happened so quickly, it is not far-flung to assume they would have created giant floods.
This would certainly account for all of the "great flood myths" that our ancestors wrote about.
The take-away:
If the transition period of only 1 cycle matched with a major temperature increase, I could/might put it off to luck.
However, 2 cycles, which are in the "good times", line up perfectly with these increases.
The sudden (worldwide) floods which would have very likely resulted from these temp increases, would have certainly damaged the "good times", and might very well explain our descent into bad times. Entire civilizations may have been wiped off the map, and with them, all of their knowledge, cities, and of course, good genes. I believe the only people who would have lived such floods, would have been those who lived in mountainous regions, or much further inland. These people would have had to restart civilization, both technologically, and genetically speaking. The period that came after these floods, would certainly have been more chaotic, and generally worse in every way imaginable.
So, it fits quite well, that the start of these descending cycles, is marked with a giant flood that wiped out civilization.
side-note: I haven't found any more temperature-transition period matches. However, I do think it is interesting that the start of the KALI Yuga Cycle, marks the start of the rise of empires (in this post flood period). Technically speaking, these past 6000 years of nations and empires, is one of constant war. & I also find it odd that the end of the Kali Yuga, matches with the advent of the internet - something which has given a voice to every person (for now at least) and something which seems to unite people between nations - signaling a potential end to the constant war. & as an author's note, I should mention that the Illuminati/Israel is a major driver of war. The end of this period of war, literally hinges on whether people figure this out (or not).
