Pyramid Arc (no replies)

Hi all,

having read Graham's book 'Magicians of the Gods' recently, extracts on pages 680-681 triggered a thought.

So hypothesising that there was an ancient advanced culture that had mathematics, Astronomy, science, engineering etc.. And having skills in Astronomy to a very high degree of observation and precision as can be observed in the calendar knowledge that survived and has been passed down. What if they knew of and saw the comet impact coming.

The evidence is accumulating of this impact / impacts is shown in the graph depicting the Younger Dryas period on page 551.
1st, an initial extreme warming event at 14.4 thousand years BP; indicative of an ocean impact throwing water into the upper atmosphere
2nd an extreme cooling event at 14 thousand years BP; land impact on the north American ice sheets
3rd two further extreme cooling events at around 13.2 thousand and 12.9 thousand years before present suggesting further impacts elsewhere on the globe.

So given that they were all (or some of them) aware of their impending doom and the extremity of the events that would take place. Maybe a great project was undertaken prior to the cataclysm to build structures that could potential withstand the catastrophic events and protect those within. Maybe the reason pyramids are found the world over, is that these are the Arcs they built in order to survive. The sarcophagi within are not the coffins as supposed by archaeologists but are actually meant to be the safe rooms within, that housed people and knowledge during the worst of the events.

The mythologies that depicted the Arc as a vessel have been misinterpreted and changed throughout the millennia.

Texts from cultures as quoted in the book state: From the Ojibwa myth: The flames leaped to the skies sparing only the few people on the highest peaks..... and also Finally the Creator stamped the Earth, and with a great quake the Earth split open, sending great torrents across the entire world until only a few mountain peaks stood above the flood, sheltering the few people who had survived.

Its also curious that the passages to the kings chamber rise up so steeply, the thought i have being that the internal pressures within keeping the flood waters out, no matter even if they reached the highest point. Maybe also the subterranean chamber was an indictor to those within, for whether it was safe to venture out, for inside the pyramid they had no idea of the external conditions.

Just a thought, if people would like to comment or add further information, i'd be extremely interested.

Best Regards

Jon
