Can I first of all start by saying as a Muslim I am not preaching Islam on this forum and may I make a humble request that should anyone responding to this topic please refrain from any islamaphobic comments, thank you.
Graham has done a lot of fantastic work over the years uncovering our hidden past. Sadly, as I got more and more interested in this type of subject I like many Muslims wasn’t aware of what Islam teaches us about our origins, ancient history and what the future holds. This is a problem for the Muslims across the world who disengage from humanity as a whole and fail to show non Muslims the wider teachings of Islam and the Islamic perspective on topics such as our ancient past and hidden archeology.
I would encourage forum members and readers of this post, for the sake of research if anything, to read up on the following according to Islamic and Quranic teachings.
On the topic of giants or very tall people then the Quran teaches us that the prophet Adam (pbuh) was 60 cubits tall. The Quran also mentions the people of Ad. These people were giants who so strong they could uproot a tree with one hand. They were also very skilled in building and it is said they would build palaces in lofty places just for the sake of it. Allah has told us in the Quran that they were blessed with every, technology, civilisations, wealth, power, until they went astray and were destroyed. When we look at ancient ruins and wonder who or what created megalithic walls then I think it’s fair to look at all history, even Islam, to see what our history teaches us about who these builders could have been.
Moving on to another topic, Gog and Magog. This tribe of people are mentioned in holy books including the Quran. What’s fascinating is the topic of an inner earth or hollow earth. In Islam we are told gog and Magog will break through a barrier near the end of time and this barrier has held them back since its creation by a ancient righteous king called Zhul Qar Nain. Such is the destruction and power of this gog and Magog that mankind willl not be able to defeat them. It is said if I’m correct that out of 1000, 999 are gog and Magog and one from humankind.
I’m in no way an Islamic scholar but feel it’s great shame that the Islamic perspective on ancient history and sciences are not well known amongst people who are searching for answers such as those covered in this forum. The Quran explicitly covers things such as the Big Bang, the embryonic stages, the oceans, astronomy, geoglogy as proof of its true word of God. The Quran narrates stories from our ancient past that can explain who and how ancient civilisations were truly advanced. The Quran teaches us in the seen and the unseen. The unseen being the Jinns. They lived on earth way before the prophet Adam (pbuh) descended on earth but the Jinn have been banished into the unseen but are around everywhere in a parallel dimension.
I could list lots of different topics but I won’t. I would like to encourage those who are truly seeking real knowledge and are without any pre existing dislike of religion. Just as archaeologists do their best to cover up the ancient past is it not fair to think that the reason Islam is demonised is due to what truths are contained in the Quran and it teaching?
