At the 5:40 min mark, we see the bedrock where the foundation of the Pyramid apparently comes from. Given Schoch's description/theory of heavy rainfall and subsequent water run off creating what we see in the Sphinx enclosure, why wouldn't we see the same here? Is it different rock or...were they made at vastly different times etc.?
Just seemed odd so thought to ask in case someone has looked into this already.
