I think this is a coincidence but just for the record.

Speed of light in metres 299,792,458mps

I recognise the number not the measure I don't think.

In Indus feet a metre is 3 feet so for an exercise look at the number not the distance.

So 299.792448 X 3 = 899.377374

Now in Indus feet 899.377374 feet converted to imperial feet = X 13.2 / 12 = 989.3151114 imperial feet.
