Stone architecture and methodologies of the ancients (3 replies)

OK,

I have been following several of the threads about:

"How Long" it took to quarry, transport and install the millions of blocks on the pyramid(s).

One poster in particular simply asked "how many hours" to do one block, with lively posts that suggest anywhere from thousands to millions of man hours. The "OP" being somewhat condescending about answers.

And of course the eternal controversy over how, why and what methods and tools were used.

There seems to be quite a bit of intellectual smugness, on this forum, about these issues. You know who you are and there are many of you.

NOT ONCE - NOT ONCE I repeat, have I read ANY OF YOU post this:

You are posting on Grahams site.
Have any of you read Fingerprints of the Gods or America Before?

I have. Graham is CLEAR on his belief: That a lost culture / civilization (probably) dating back to the last Ice Age, that supposedly was almost completely destroyed by a comet impact.

For those that put stock in Hancock's work, said culture disseminated around the world spreading technology such as plant genetics, animal husbandry, the beginnings of agriculture, human civilization AND OF COURSE stone manipulation and architecture.

According to HANCOCK, the structures that puzzle so many on this site: Pyramids, Monumental Stone Architecture, "tightness" of walls etc may be explained as some sort of human "ESP" or "Levitation" abilities enabling 1,000 ton monolithic blocks to be made. Abilities that no longer exist (apparently).

I'm curious why the "locker room" does not bring up the masters "theory" in the many threads springing from this site about Egyptian and "Ancient" stone work?

Anybody?????
