Cover up or Covered up?
I came across a post on a local travel site regarding Manitoba, Canada and caves. This is where I found the strange location in question.
Pine Dock - Manitoba, Canada. This quiet fishing community on the edge of Lake Winnipeg has one very mysterious element, Its limestone "caves".

Some pictures stand out a lot more than others, but this is the most complete photo album I can find.
Not only was building with lime stone very prevalent in Mayan structures, I read that the Mayan's had some degree of a limestone wall/block water filtration system 2000 years ago. these "caves" are right beside one of the biggest fresh water lakes in Canada
There are clear water lines on the stone, near Perfect cuts, and narrowing massive blocks of limestone as you proceed deeper in. Seems to me that digging should be done around this particular area for clues as to who or why it was made.
