Hi Everyone,
I couldn't resist lol, The Black Death swept across Europe from 1346–53, and Cahokia was abandoned around 1350. I suggest that the Black Death may have played a central role, either through trade and or some other mechanism yet to be discovered or explained.
This also could be evidence of early exploration in that area around the time by Europeans, that brought the black death with them. The appearance of white men and deaths resulting from the black death could have been the reason for the abandonment and lack of evidence, as the death rate was controlled by the quick abandonment of the site. They would have seen it as a bad omen and not stuck around like some retarded hick, waiting to see what happened next.
Best Regards and Peace to All!!!!!!!
