One of the most recent Ancient Architects video makes the case that the Sphinx cannot be older than 3,500 BC as a new study reveals it would have been subjected to frequent, major Nile floods.
Ancient Architects appears to favor the theory by Robert Schnieker, that the erosional features of the Sphinx and it's enclosure can be explained by water whickering. It's not very convincing, but the video analyzing the different erosional theories on the Sphinx is better.
I'll admit that I thought Robert Schoch's work was the consensus among geologists, interesting to see that there are other theories. I would like to see Schoch respond to these theories.
