Giza - a story of light and shadow (2 replies)

This will undoubtedly cause a fair amount of conjecture. All for the better. This all started in 1996. I have always been fascinated with the Giza plateau. In that year I started reading books by Graham Hancock, Robert Bauval and Peter Tompkins along with many other authors. I had serious doubts of the official record and thought that the tomb theory espoused by archeology was poppycock. My hungry mind needed to be fed. As I looked at some of available images of Giza I had an epiphany, a startling discovery. In the overhead photos of Giza I saw images of faces! This was incredible! Was it pareidolia or was it real? How could I prove what I was seeing? Was it a figment of my imagination? Then I came across an eye. But only one eye, it didn't work, I thought, unless I could find two eyes. Hmmmm! I filed it all away and continued with my research. A year later I started to read about Osiris and his son Horus and the mythology of the gods. Then I saw the eye of Horus in a drawing and just about had a heart attack. This was the eye! This is the very eye I had seen in the overhead photos of the Giza plateau. Then it hit me this was not a case of pareidolia, this eye matched exactly, the eye I had seen at Giza!
I then started a website in 1999 called, "The Giza Faces". Having read how Horus gave one of his eyes to Osiris I named the facial image Osiris and worked from that angle as my theme. Osiris was god of the underworld and Earth being on an inner orbit compared to Mars fit my story of life starting on Mars and being transplanted to Earth after Mars was devastated. Cairo means "Mars-like". The website never did much but I kept it running and it's still functions today. So now we enter 2016 and I pick up Graham's new book, "Magicians of the Gods” and Graham talks about Horus and the lion and how the Sphinx ties into Horus and that Horus was able to exhibit the head of a lion on a human body and a second epiphany happens! On my website I revealed that during my research if one turns the Osiris image180 degrees one sees the head of a lion. Was it Horus all along? Is it both?
The image is to say the least, a paradigm smasher! It is huge, it is enigmatic, it looks through to your very soul. The pyramids pale in comparison. This can't be real! Who could have created this play of light and shadow? Why? Who could see it? What purpose does it serve? What kind of technology could have created this? It is a visual miracle in a true sense of the word. A work fitting of the Gods!
