I recently watched the Ancient Apocalypse docuseries and it got me thinking on whether this ancient flood theory could have effected some parts of human evolution. Humans can smell rain approaching better than a shark can smell blood in the water. Yes, it could be because we relied on the rain for our crops but what if we actually evolved this ability due to this cataclysmic flood event? Even if most humans now appreciate the smell, could this be some sort of biological warning system that water is coming?
