Basic concepts:
1. The lever concept - described in the above link shows how blocks would be lifted up the face of the pyramid.
2. The wheel concept - wooden circle segments were tied to blocks in order to roll them - from quarries to boats, from boats to pyramid, across flat surface of pyramid at whatever level was being assembled.
Excluding the very large stones, is this the consensus for how the blocks were transported to and up the pyramid?
