Planet Twin or something else? (no replies)

In Belmonte and Shaltout's paper "The astronomical ceiling of senenmut, a dream of mystery and imagination" available here the authors discuss a planet-twin concept present in the ceiling:

"... Besides, the King is represented standing close to each planet as a sort of planet-twin and identified by his cartouche and his Horus title (including the standard epithet Strong Bull) which is not clear if it refers to the king or to the planet (actually this title is located before each planet)."

I attended an exhibition recently where a print of this plate was on display:

I couldn't help but notice that in the yellow banner on the right we have Ramses II Horus Name refer to [pharaoh.se] for quick reference. Ramses name translates as "The strong bull, beloved of Ra" according to Pharaoh.se. However, sitting above the Horus name in the banner is the hieroglyph for sky, possibly making another planet-twin reference as Saturn is represented by the Sky, Horus Falcon and Bull glyphs and styled "Horus Bull of the Sky" in English. However, there is no context in this plate that would otherwise indicate an astronomical interpretation.

This leads me to the question of whether there are there other meanings for the sky glyph in this context?
