I was playing with the prececcional number 25920 and discovered something interesting.
Maybe this is old news to some of you but I decided to share it anyway.

The precessional cycle consists of 25920 years. I converted this number from the decimal system to the base 12 system.
And the number 25920 converts to exactly 13000.

There are 12 star constelletions. It takes 2160 years to pass threw each constelletion.
If you convert 2160 to the base 12 system you get 1300.

It takes 72 years to pass threw 1 degree in the precessionl cycle. If you convert 72 to the base 12 system you get 60.

The base 12 system was used as far back as to the Sumerians. The precessional number even seems to be incorparated to the Sumerian king list.

This is how the king list begins: ""After the kingship descended from heaven, the kingship was in Eridug. In Eridug, Alulim became king; he ruled for 28800 years."

If you devide 28800 by 25920 you get 1,111111111...

The third king was named En-men-lu-ana and he ruled for 43200 years. Strangely enough this number is exactly the number of seconds in 12 hours. Or in other words the number of seconds of sun in the spring equinox.

There is also 43200 minutes in one 30 day month.
