Orion Correlation Theory (4 replies)

I've been looking at the Orion Correlation Theory and while my investigation hasn't been exhaustive by any stretch, something occurred to me that I haven't been able to find anywhere.

I wonder about another alignment with the pyramids and the stars of Orion. If you were to look down at the pyramids directly above them, say from space, so that they were perfectly centered in the middle of the planet from your perspective, would there ever be a time in the past where the stars of Orion's belt would align perfectly with them directly behind the earth from your perspective from space? Because from that perspective, the pyramids would be exactly oriented to replicate the stars positions if aligned in that way, (no reverse or backwards issue). And more intriguing, were that alignment to have ever happened, would be the implication that if you were to draw a line from each corresponding star through its particular replicated positional pyramid, those three lines would converge to a point at some point directly above the pyramids.

So in effect, that alignment would point to a particular point in space, maybe a planet, or particular star, and it would also indicate a particular time, (possibly the time the pyramids were built). If Orion's belt ever actually aligned in this way, I'd be very curious to know what time that was in the past, and at that time, what point in space those converging lines connect.

If there's any merit to this, its supported by the particular curious arrangement of the pyramids. Is this something that has been discussed before? If so, I couldn't find anything on it here or anywhere on the internet. You may disregard this as crack pot, but it seems every other numeric analysis and star alignment has been exhausted already, so I'm just wondering if its ever been worked out.
