Missing Island Found, Did it Kill the Dead Sea? (no replies)

Hi Everyone!

On a number of maps from 1490 and before there is an Island directly between and above center line of Crete and Cyprus, Including the Ptolemy map and A depiction of the world by Henricus Martellus. I propose and predict that the Island that existed there has moved into deeper water, and is in fact the Eratosthenes Seamount. Some event caused it to break its fragile footing it had. The Ptolemy map depiction of the missing Island, depicts the Eratosthenes Seamount in all aspects, other than its location. The clearing of the silt on the bottom shows that it was in more recent times as well as it has not flowed back in and around yet. The Island can be seen moving over time if the maps are correct.

Further evidence can be found along the coast of Israel where a great tidal wave Hit and went deep inland as far as 180 miles of water inundation and the effects from it can be seen clearly on Google Earth. I prose that this could have also been the mechanism behind the inland sea/now dead sea's demise, by introducing large amounts of sea water.

Best Regards & Shalom
