Stones over wet sand

I take objection to this News Release from the University of Amsterdam.

>Physicists from the University of Amsterdam have discovered that the ancient Egyptians used a clever trick to make it easier to transport heavy pyramid stones by sledge, >allowing them to halve the number of workers needed. The researchers published this discovery in the prestigious journal Physical Review Letters.

First off, anyone who takes the time to look at this wall depiction, can see they poured a substance, likely water, under the front skids. There is nothing here to discover. It's plain to see. Additionally, they make the leap to stones being moved in this way. They have no prof of that. These educated professional just assume that.

Why don't they tell us they discovered Pyramids on the Giza plateau. News flash...

Everyone knows water compacts sand. Just take a walk along side the ocean, where the surf breaks.

What a bunch of Morons. They made a big stink over this, and it's just common sense.
