Hi Everyone!
Looking closely at the Yongshan Plate (Megalithic Structure) I feel there is no doubt that is a man made structure to Impress or intimidate visitors. I'm proposing that it is a form of concrete and had premade concrete beams and lintels or solid stone beams and lintels, but in any case it has prefabricated structure in it. There are errors in I think the largest one, pictures scarce sorry wished I had some pic's to show and point out, but you can look at video on it and stop video to see what I'm talking about.
Look at the center opening where there I propose should be 4 symmetrically placed beams & lintel, but the bottom left hand side has been forced up from the concrete pour and you can see successive individual pours. One reason for the beam and lintel system would be to hold all the individual pours of concrete together, as well as structure to hold shape and take some of the load during the pours as a side benefit.
On the bottom if you see a nob out of place follow it in angle and direction to other side as well as above and you will see that if errors on the bottom they translated through the structure, If your doing concrete pours that large and a beam moves you pretty much go with it and compensate for it during or after.
Logically you would never chose that stone for huge blocks, I believe this could point to the megalithic builders in some way, as a tribute, showing off or maybe that's close to where they started, speculation of course but I feel should be considered.
Another reason for the pre-constructed beams could mean its not totally solid possibly for a number of reason, less concrete in the project, something important hid inside, or maybe they would have used it for some human living area but since it collapsed on at least the huge one they never did and they could have been creating Art or monument as the builders or for the builders or too the builders, so any collapse as long as the structure held during the pours may have hurt their pride and the cosmetics of the project but not the over all awe of it!!!!!!!
Best Regards & Shalom
