Definition of the eclipse system:
Based on a book written by Professor Sir Fred Hoyle 'On Stonehenge ' The period in solar days that needs to be known in order to predict eclipses is 6585 and one third solar days.' This is the eclipse period and an eclipse system is any breakdown of this 6585 and 1/3 day period into measureable and consistent units.
The system I am referring to is the imperial chain in feet where one foot represents 100 units so 6600 units are represented. The 'eclipse unit' is 44/3 as an Egyptian fraction in metric 14.666r.
450 of these units is 6600 and as the Egyptians were very familiar with the ratio n/n-1 this gives 449 and x 44/3 is 6585 and 1/3 solar days exactly.
Other eclipse systems are regularly written about in particular the one based on one lunation of 29.53064 days but that is not the system I am referring to. The system 29.53064 reconciles to 14.666r x 2 = 29.333r as 29.53064 x 223 / 224.5.
This period of 14 and 2/3 days or 44/3 days occurs quite naturally in Hoyle's analysis and also on Fred Espanek's NASA website. These people are scientists and Thom referred to the monuments as remnants of scientific records that are still decipherable.

36 x 10 two numbers already uncovered are 360 x 44/3 = 5280
360 divided by 0.00277777777r is also 5280 and 1/360 also happens to be the Babylonian 'She'
So as a culture you only need to have this explained to you to start using the imperial eclipse system.
