Cocentric circles and lines discovered in dessert in Patagonia, Argentina (3 replies)

Some time ago I discovered two sets of cocentric circles in the dessert in Patagonia, Argentina. The two sets are situated just next two eachother. They are surrounded by long lines stretching for many kilometers forming a grid.
The circles are located at Lat: -44.88 Lng: -68.71

I traveled to Argentina in february to investigate the cocentric circles and the lines. I arrived to Sarmiento, which is the closest town to the circles. The town is situated 83 km south to the circles. My plan was to take a taxi as far as I could to the cicrles and walk the rest. But the taxidriver told me that the road I had seen on the map did not exist. And it would be very difficult walking 83 km. So I explained to the taxidriver what I wanted to explore showing him what I had found on the satelite images. He was very facinated, and told me he did not know what it was. But he recommended me to visit what I understood was the town hall. So he made a call announcing I would arrive. The people working there was very curious and intrigued when I told them about what I wanted to explore. So I showed them what I had found on the satelite images. They were very facinated and had no idea what it was. They called a guy who knew the area well. And 15 minutes later he arrived to the office. He also did not know what the circles and lines was. But he told me that the area was surrounded by pumas, so it would be very dangerous to explore alone. He told me that the only way to explore the are was by horseback. Since I did not have the time and money to organice a horseback expedition I had to leave Sarmiento without getting to explore the lines and circles close up
