There is constant speculation as to whether, or not, Aliens at some time in the past were instrumental in the construction of large structures such as the Pyramids of Giza as well as extremely precise stonework, even with the suggestion of advanced technology of some sort.
Whilst a case could be made for an architectural progression in pyramid design from Bent to Red to Khufu, for example, it is much more difficult to overlay this with the construction techniques required to assemble blocks of 70 tons, or so, in weight hundreds of feet in the air.
I am on record as stating that my position on this question does not require visitors from the cosmos to achieve what seems to be nigh impossible. I am of the opinion, rightly or wrongly, that Earth is a closed system and what we have on this planet is a product of Earth.
Having said that, the knowledge and techniques required for the the construction of the aforementioned edifices does not appear to be purely the result of trial and error. The stonework at Elephantine Island, as well as that from South America exhibits a degree of accuracy which would be almost impossible with rudimentary tools.
This knowledge must have come from somewhere.
Therefore, let us assume that Aliens at some time did visit Earth - 100 000 years ago, 10 000 years ago, 3000 years ago, or whenever.
From whence they came is not relevant. Nor, is their mode of transport.
What methods could they have used to fashion and build these structures and artifacts of so much controversy?
Obviously, all ideas are welcome.
