Bimini Road and the Piri Reis map showing Antarctica.

For anyone interested in these topics I would direct you Gavin Menzies book - 1421 (The year China discovered the World)

This is a deeply researched yet highly readable book that documents the Chinese 'treasure fleet', and their movements around the world. The evidence is overwhelming that this happened.
If you like Grahams work you'll love this.
It shows how Chinese maps were the foundation for later European explorers.
It describes the circumstances of the fleet moving through the Caribbean and the inevitable ship wrecks.
The junks were many times bigger than later European ships, but flat bottomed. So their ballast was pre-cut in China to neatly fit and not smash about while underway.
He describes how the ballast could be laid out in the Bimini road fashion - with a groove down the centre to allow for the keel - to drag a ship onto the beach to be repaired/cannibalised for others to be repaired. Which would explain many features including the 'J' shape and why the edges facing the groove are more carefully laid than the outside edges of the road.
Maps and map making techniques are discussed at great length in an engaging way.
Best wishes to all.
