Court resumed today in the case of Creighton v Vyse with loveritas expected to take the stand in the ongoing saga concerning the publication of "The Great Pyramid Hoax."

Counsel for the plaintiff arrived early and looked rather chirpy decked out in a variety of regalia including a tinfoil hat, a lab coat and a jaunty French beret.

loveritas was duly sworn in and faced Chief Counsel for the plaintiff.

Have you read the book in question, "The Great Pyramid Hoax"?

Quote
Yes. I have.

"Is Martin Stower mentioned in the book?"

Quote
Yes, he is. Apparently, he had a brief online collaboration with him. According to Creighton, the communication was 'momentous'.

"Was Philip A. Femano mentioned?"

Quote
Yes he was. He pointed out that the roof block had been scraped in a long horizontal line as though to remove something from the surface of the block.

"Was there any photographic evidence to support Femano's viewpoint?"

Quote
No.

"So, how much weight does his opinion hold?"

Quote
Obviously, none.

"Was Jon Ellison asked for his opinion?"

Quote
"Who's Jon Ellison?

"He's an art expert."

Quote
Is he?

"Yes. But he also goes by the name of Jon Snape"

Quote
Isn't he the chap who doesn't know the difference between a painting and a photograph?

"That aside. Is he mentioned in the book?"

Quote
Yes, he is. According to Creighton, Snape presents further evidence of fakery.

"How so?"

Quote
Oh. Some waffle about reed strokes.

"Was Audrey Mulertt mentioned?"

Quote
Yes. She has brought to light something completely baffling both to mainstream or alternatives.

"What is that?"

Quote
She has discovered a pencil grid which has been overlaid on the Khufu cartouche!"

"A pencil grid? Did the Ancient Egyptians use pencils?"

Quote
Creighton says that it is a complete mystery. But, he's pointing the finger at Vyse, Hill or Perring.

"How does Creighton sum up his findings?"

Quote
He maintains that this book is the smoking gun which provides evidence of an audacious hoax which, quite literally, altered the course of world history.

"Altered the course of world history! That's an outrageous claim, is it not?"

Quote
Well. Yes. He also maintains that wherever Vyse went the whiff of scandal was never too far behind.

"So, what is Creighton's final position?"

Quote
He's just having an each way bet. He says that fake or real, the marks in Campbell's Chamber deserve the truth.

"That's it?"

Quote
That's it.
