Have they ever uncovered any device, that the AE could have used to level the Pyramids? Did they level each tier? Did they use water, or some other method? Or, a combination of several methods. The levels would need to be flat, as you could not perform work on them. Additionally, you could not pull a sled on them... If a sled hit a divot, you would need to lift the front edge (2.5 tons) to get it moving again, not to mention the increase in friction. Busted and sprang angles? When pulling a stone backward, you would need to be assured you will not trip over a protrusion.
You could not build on an uneven, unreliable surface. It is not an option. So how did they level the surfaces?
