Can't remember how I came across this video but glad I clicked on same. I've touted the interesting vid's offered by Vlad9vt in previous posts but haven't clicked on the site for awhile now...
First vid I watched (sometimes fast forwarding in small jumps, as one does with any photo album, simply gave me an appreciation of some of the vast caves of this planet. Ok...we got some big caves ;)

Then AI Google links me to the next video which is an updated version of a fairly recent discovery near the Black Sea. [www.youtube.com] The cave in this video is believed to be man-made and I can buy into this based on:
the shape of the entrance
the right angles
the lines at the 3:22 min mark
take a look at the right angles at the 9 min mark of 2nd vid....water didn't do this imho.
...lots of things don't seem to fit what one would expect of simple erosion.
The caves in the 1st vid don't fit with what is found in the 2nd. I can see how these researchers/explorers concluded that the cave in 2nd vid is man made. Obviously can't prove from my chair here...opinions?
